Welcome to the Bus Permit Portal!

Cape May MAC manages the City of Cape May’s Bus Permit Portal, designed to make the permit process faster and easier.

If you are taking a group tour, hosting a special event, or operating a transportation service, we are here to help you get the permit(s) you need.

Any commercial vehicle with seating for 9 or more passengers is required to have a Bus Permit before entering Cape May.

Parking in the City of Cape May is limited. Please purchase your permit(s) by clicking “Purchase a Bus Permit” below at least ten business days before your arrival. Requests submitted with less than ten business days’ notice will be subject to a $10.00 late fee.
