CLEANING SERVICES

Request for Proposal.
Cape May MAC reviewing its need for Cleaning Services for various buildings within the organization. The sites are as follows: Cape May Lighthouse, Fire Control Tower #23, and the Physick Estate. Within the Physick Estate are the following buildings: Physick House Museum, Carriage House, Hill House Business Office, Maintenance Building and the Barbera Barn offices. Note that these services must be provided when staff and patrons are not occupying these locations. Bidders can bid on all or some of the areas cited.

TOUR GUIDES

(Part-time)
Job Responsibilities:
- Present Cape May tours to visitors & guests at the Emlen Physick Estate and on Cape May MAC’s fleet of trolleys
Minimum Requirements:
- Looking for personable and outgoing individuals
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good memorization skills preferred
- Experience in education or history preferred

TROLLEY DRIVERS

(Part-time)
Job Responsibilities:
- Navigate historic Cape May with our guides & guests
- Assist guests in boarding and exiting the trolleys.
Minimum Requirements:
- CDL License
- Excellent driving record

WORLD WAR II TOWER OBSERVERS & LIGHTHOUSE KEEPERS

(Part-time)
Job Responsibilities:
- Share the maritime & military history of these important towers with Cape May’s visitors & guests
- Sell admission tickets using Cape May MAC’s point-of-sale systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- Basic computer skills required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in education or history preferred
