MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

(Part-time) 20 hours/week, may vary seasonally.
The part-time maintenance assistant performs routine and preventative maintenance for our three historic sites and six trolleys. Work is inclusive of carpentry, maintenance repairs as well as upkeep of the properties, facilities, equipment, and various utility systems. Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment and commercial machinery.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- High school diploma or GED.

RETAIL ASSOCIATE, MUSEUM SHOPS

(Part-time)
Seeking a part-time retail associate for 10-20 hours weekly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include sales, customer service, merchandising, light cleaning/stocking. Days/nights/weekends at either Washington Street or Cape May Lighthouse retail locations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be outgoing, personable and detail oriented.
- POS experience preferred but will train.

INVENTORY CLERK

(Part-time, $15/hr.)
Seeking a part-time inventory clerk for primarily mornings, between 20-25 hours weekly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include checking in deliveries, counting/labeling merchandise, stocking/restocking merchandise at multiple locations, and maintaining inventory.
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to climb stairs, bend at the waist, stoop, kneel and carry boxes up to 50 lbs. Some basic computer skills are required. Must have a valid New Jersey Driver’s license.

- Navigate historic Cape May with our guides & guests
- Assist guests in boarding and exiting the trolleys.
