TROLLEY DRIVERS

 Job Responsibilities: 

  • Navigate historic Cape May with our guides & guests
  • Assist guests in boarding and exiting the trolleys.

Minimum Requirements:

  • CDL License
  • Excellent driving record

WORLD WAR II TOWER OBSERVERS & LIGHTHOUSE KEEPERS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Share the maritime & military history of these important towers with Cape May’s visitors & guests
  • Sell admission tickets using Cape May MAC’s point-of-sale systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience in education or history preferred

TOUR GUIDES

Job Responsibilities:

  • Present Cape May tours to visitors & guests at the Emlen Physick Estate and on Cape May MAC’s fleet of trolleys

Minimum Requirements:

  • Looking for personable and outgoing individuals
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Good memorization skills preferred
  • Experience in education or history preferred

  • Process sales of tickets, events & merchandise using Cape May MAC’s point-of-sale systems.
  • Assist visitors & guests in navigating our schedule of tours, events, and activities.

  • Basic computer skills required
  • Customer service experience preferred

TOUR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

(Full-time)

Cape May MAC (Museums+Arts+Culture) is seeking a year-round full-time Tour Operations Coordinator. Must be proficient in Excel, Office 365 and have some data base experience. Must also enjoy working with people and be friendly, outgoing, organized and detail oriented. Tourism/hospitality experience a plus.
