We are pleased to inform you that Cape May MAC has been appointed as the managing entity for the City of Cape May’s Bus Permit Portal. Our objective is to provide a streamlined resource for obtaining permits and addressing any questions related to the permit application process.

Whether you are coordinating a group tour, organizing a special event, or providing transportation services, we are committed to assisting you in securing the necessary permits and ensuring a smooth application experience.

Please submit your Bus Permit applications at least ten business days prior to your scheduled arrival to allow sufficient time for processing. Applications received with less than ten business days’ notice may incur a late fee of $10.00.

  • After you submit your application, the page will refresh
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Purchase a Bus Permit”
  • Proceed to purchase the permit or permits required for your visit

You must submit a separate application for each reservation. This submission alerts our office of your pending request. Once we’ve completed our review process and verified your payment, we’ll send your permit(s) via email.
