Tom Carroll is a retired innkeeper (he and his wife founded Cape May’s Bed and Breakfast community in 1971) and historic preservationist (he was a long-time board member and chair of the New Jersey Historic Trust; he currently chairs the board of the New Jersey Cultural Trust and serves on the Cape May Historic Preservation Commission). He has served more than 35 years on the Board (off and on since 1971), including two 3-year stints as President (1985-87; 1998-2000 and 2019-2021). Tom currently serves on the Development , Exhibit Planning, Festival, Lessons of History, Strategic Planning teams and Chair of the Investment Committee).
